Shipping Policy

La brasserie San-Ô currently ships to Canada wide.Please note, due to the historic increase in shipping costs, there are some very rural locations where we will not be able to honour our shipping fees.  In these very few and rare cases, we will reach out and offer a shipping surcharge or a full refund.All orders are expected to processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates :
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $15 flat rate shipping to Canada on orders under $80.

Local delivery

Within 15km from our atelier, we offer free local delivery for orders over $25. $5 will be charged for orders under $25.

Most local deliveries are made on Fridays and Saturdays. We will contact you via message or email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Currently, no International Shipping is available.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
