This is the product of Yamakawa Brewery in Japan, founded in 1943 during the Showa Period. The founder had been running a liquor store, and started a production of tamari soy sauce, using only wooden vats for brewing with special care and wholeheartedly.
No wheat contained, made of natural water and Japan's local soybeans.
This soy sauce has a rich, full-bodied flavor and a slightly sweet undertone, a smooth and mellow profile, and a dark color. It's versatile in cooking and is commonly used in various dishes.
