Miso is one of the most nutrient-rich foods, it is also beneficial for the gut, as it naturally contains probiotic bacteria. Further more, it raises the Umami (the fifth taste) and enriches your dish. Let's learn how to make miso with us!!
In this workshop, you will learn how to prepare miso as well as how to make miso soup from the scratch.
*Bring your own apron, towel (to wipe your hands) and a bag for taking out your miso (appox. 500g).
Please note that the Dashi (broth) for miso soup will be prepared with Kombu seaweed & Katsuo bonito flakes. Vegan option is upon request.
