Join us for an exclusive class Koji lecture 101, "Unleashing the Magic of Koji: Nature’s Flavor Enhancer," at the @japan_embassy_canada in Ottawa on Monday, October 7th, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. This special event, hosted at the Information and Culture Centre, will delve into the wonders of koji, a traditional Japanese ingredient that elevates flavors in culinary creations.
We are honored to welcome the chefs who are interested in koji but have not used it yet. Noriko from @labrasseriesan_o (A first koji producer company from Montreal) will share our expertise and insights.
